Academy courses

Your coach can share files and create courses with video and text lessons so you can learn at your own pace. Here is how to open them and complete them.

Opening the AcademyCopy Anchor Link

From the main screen, tap the book icon in the top right corner. This takes you to the Academy, where you will see any documents pending signature, the guides and PDFs, videos and links your coach shares with you, and their courses. Use the search bar at the top to find any content.

Tap a file to view it, play it or open its link. If a file is no longer assigned to your account, it will disappear from this section automatically.

Viewing a courseCopy Anchor Link

Tap any course to see its content. At the top you will see your progress (percentage completed and number of lessons finished). Below it, the lessons are organized into sections; the ones you have already completed have a green check mark.

Completing a lessonCopy Anchor Link

1. Tap a lesson to open it
2. Watch the lesson's video, image or PDF and read its description
3. When you finish, tap Mark as completed in the bottom bar

Your progress updates automatically. You can move between lessons with the arrows in the bottom bar without going back to the course list.
