Messages
Talk to your coach from the app
Tap "Messages" in the bottom menu to talk directly with your coach. It is the best place to ask questions, tell them how you are feeling or let them know about any change.

Sending a message
- Tap "Messages": your conversation with your coach opens right away (if you have unread messages, their number shows on the "Messages" icon)
- Type in the "Write a message..." field
- Tap the send button
Your messages and your coach's appear in the same conversation, in order and grouped by day. Swipe up to see earlier messages.
Sending photos or videos
Tap the paperclip next to the text field to attach a photo, video or audio (for example, a video so your coach can check your technique). Select it and send it.
Workout updates
Every time a comment or a photo is posted on an item of your workout, a centered gray line shows up in the chat, for example New comment on Squat or New photo on Squat. Tap View to open the comments of that exercise.

If you would rather see only messages, tap Hide updates in the chat header; to bring them back, tap Show updates. The app remembers your choice on this device.
What to use the chat for
- Asking questions about an exercise or your plan
- Letting your coach know about aches, injuries or how you have been feeling
- Sharing a video of your technique to get feedback
- Arranging changes to your schedule or routine
For comments about a specific exercise, it is best to write in its Comments in today's workout: your coach will see them next to your sets. Commenting on an exercise explains how.
