Today's workout

How to complete your workouts and log your sets

Tap Start workout on the home screen, or any day on the calendar, to open that day's workout. You will see the exercises and tasks organized into blocks (for example, warm-up, main block and cool-down). Under each name you see what your coach prescribed, and a green check appears once you complete it.

The flow is always the same: open each exercise in order, log your sets and mark it as completed. That way your coach sees what you have done and can adjust your plan.

Inside an exercise

When you tap an exercise, you see the demo video at the top (if it does not play, tap Open in browser) and the name of the exercise. If your coach asks you for a photo or a video, the Photo required or Video required badge shows under the name.

If your coach lets you log your sets, the exercise is split into two tabs:

  • Log: your Coach's Instructions, your Sets (with the prescription in gray on the right, for example 4×8@60kg (120s): 4 sets of 8 reps with 60 kg and 120 seconds of rest), the View all sessions link and, if there are alternatives, the Swap exercise button
  • Comments: your conversation with your coach about that exercise. The number on the tab tells you how many comments there are

If you do not log sets on that exercise, there are no tabs: you see the instructions, the prescribed Sets & Reps and, below them, the Comments section.

The bottom bar is a map of the session: tap the icon of any activity, or the arrows, to jump to it without going back to the list. The ones you have completed show a green check.

Logging your sets

Your sets save automatically as you fill them in: there is no save button.

  1. Each row is a set, with what your coach prescribed in gray. The first column is a square checkbox with the set number in its corner
  2. If you did something different (more weight, fewer reps…), enter what you actually did
  3. When you finish the set, tap its checkbox: it turns green with a ✓ and any missing prescribed values fill in automatically. If you check it by mistake, uncheck it: what was filled in automatically is cleared and anything you typed yourself stays
  4. When you are done with the exercise, tap the Pending button at the top right to mark it as Completed

Under each set, a small gray row shows the date of your last session and what you did in each column, so you know what to beat.

Checking the sets as done, correcting the last one and completing the exercise
Tap each set's checkbox when you finish it and enter the actual value when it does not match the prescription.

When you choose what to track

On some exercises your coach lets you decide what to log. Tap Log data and you will see What do you want to track?: pick the variables (for example, weight or reps) and tap Continue. Then add rows with Add set, remove them all with Delete all or change what you track with Change variables.

Adding a comment

Open the Comments tab, type in Add a comment… and tap Publish. Your coach will see it and can reply right there: use it to mention any aches, technique questions or how you felt. Publishing a comment does not complete the exercise: keep using the Pending button for that. Commenting on an exercise explains it in detail.

Uploading photos or videos

If your coach allows it, you will see Add photo or video in Comments to attach a photo or video of your technique to your comment (up to 6 files, 100 MB max each).

Attaching a photo or video to a comment on the exercise

If the exercise has the Photo required or Video required badge, you need to send it before you can complete the exercise: the Pending button stays disabled until then. Use the Take a photo or Record a video card and choose Camera or Gallery. Sending a required photo or video walks you through it.

Viewing your history

Tap View all sessions to open the full history of the exercise: every day you did it, with your sets. Tap a session to see all its sets and what was prescribed. Going back takes you to the exercise.

Rest timer

Tap the stopwatch icon (at the top, next to the status button), choose the duration and tap Start Timer to keep track of your rest. While it runs, you see the time left next to the icon and a progress bar under the header, even if you switch exercises. Tap it to see the countdown full size or to stop it.

Circuits

A circuit groups several exercises that you do back to back. Tap the circuit card to open it and tap Complete on each exercise when you finish it (or Mark all to complete them all at once). If your coach has set it up with times, you will also see Start circuit, which guides you with a work and rest timer. If the circuit requires a photo or video, you will see Add a photo in any exercise to complete: one on any of its exercises is enough.

Frequently asked questions

How do I log my sets in a superset?▼
All its exercises appear on the same screen. On each one, tap Record marks, log your sets and tap Save and Close. View history shows your previous sessions, and in Your comment you can tell your coach how it went. If the superset requires a photo or video, sending it on any of its exercises is enough.
How do I complete a task?▼
Tasks are items like "Joint mobility 5 min" or "Walk 10,000 steps". Open it, read the instructions and mark it as completed when you do it. Below, the Comments section lets you tell your coach how it went and, if the task requires a photo or video, you will find the card to send it.
Where do I answer a questionnaire or check-in?▼
It shows up in the workout as a card with a document icon and the number of questions. Answering a form explains how to fill it in.
