7. Track their progress
With everything your client logs in their app, you stay on top of their progress without having to ask.
Where to look
- The client list. The Completed (%) column tells you how much of their program each client is actually doing over the last 7, 30 and 90 days: green for clients on track, amber for those slipping and red for those falling off. That way you know who to reach out to. How it's calculated.
- Activity Feed. Inside the client, open the sections menu (next to their name, at the top) and choose Activity Feed: the workouts they've completed, the sets and weights they've logged and their comments. To reply about a specific exercise, do it from that exercise's activity (next point); for everything else, open Chat from the same menu.
- Each exercise's activity. In the Plan, hover over an exercise card and click Activity: their comments, their photos and videos and, in Logs, what they logged in each session, with its progress chart. You reply right there. Perfect for programming the following week. How it works.
- The bell. At the top of the app, the bell gathers what your clients have done, with one row per client per day: finished workouts, comments, photos, videos, tasks, metrics and forms. How it works.
- Metrics. Their weight, body composition and measurements, with a chart of how they're trending.
- Photos. Their progress photos, with a Before and After comparison side by side.
FAQ
My client shows "Pending invitation" instead of a percentage. They haven't opened their app yet. Send them their access link (lesson 4).
How do I ask them to weigh in or take measurements? Add Take measurements to a block in their plan, or assign them a set of metrics from Library → Metrics. It's all in How to track progress with metrics?.
Can I ask them for a video of their technique? Yes. On the exercise card, click the camera icon and choose Ask the client for → A video: they can't complete it without posting it. See How to ask your clients for photos and videos?.
Can I send them a weekly check-in? Yes, with check-in forms.
