Assign the plan to a client

You already have your ingredients, recipes and plans in the library. Now it is time to give them to a specific client. In their profile, in the Nutrition tab, choose the Advanced nutrition option (it is one of the three ways to share the menu) and you will have their structured plan, editable just for them.

Load from the library or create a custom one

When you choose advanced nutrition you have two paths:

  • Load a plan from the library: you pick one of your Nutrition plans templates and it is copied to this client. From then on, the changes you make affect only their copy, not the original template.
  • Create a custom one: you build the plan directly for that person, day by day.

Per-person adjustments

On the client's copy you can:

  • Edit the macro targets (calories, protein, carbs and fat) specific to them.
  • Customize recipes just for this client: change a recipe's ingredients or amounts without touching the one in your library.
  • See the plan's statistics (daily average, weekly total and difference from the target) applied to their case.

This lets you start from a shared template and fine-tune it for each client without duplicating work or cluttering your library.

Save a client's plan to your library

Fine-tuned a client's plan and want to reuse it with others? In their Nutrition tab, open Edit → Save as library plan, give it a name and click Save to library. A new plan is created in Nutrition plans with its days, meals, recipes and macro targets, ready to load for other clients.

  • It is an independent copy: later changes to the client's plan do not affect the library plan, and vice versa.
  • The name cannot match another plan in your library.
  • If you are an employee, you need permission to create nutrition plans and access to that client.

Once assigned, your client can follow their diet from the app. See what your client sees.
